1:1 Coaching allows you to have a personalized plan that is tailored to your goals and lifestyle. This plan is specific to you and what you want to gain from this experience.
Online and in-person sessions
Explore wellness on your schedule through online or in-person meetings. These sessions are held once every 2 weeks and have a duration of 50-60 minutes.

A structured series of 1:1 Health Coaching Sessions where we explore values, identify priorities, expand self-awareness, build rapport, and create a wellness vision.
